It's so easy to hit the Gym and end up on the treadmill for the 3rd time that week, I was searching for group classes and a trainer to break up the average gym routine and help keep me on track. I have attended Strike Fit, Boot Camp and had one on one Personal Training with MJ. His classes are fun and challenging, the small group classes allow for the one on one observation and guidance that is perfect for all levels. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, we have all been the first timer, intimidated by working out alone or in a social setting. I can say with certainty that I have become stronger, have more energy and am leaner (over 20 lbs lost!) but most importantly I have more self-confidence. We all have days where we are low energy or unmotivated, MJ has coached me through those difficult days and always reminded me there are no limits to what I am capable of. MJ creates a fun and comfortable environment. He's welcoming, encouraging, and motivates you to do the best that you can. Every class is always challenging and different, he adds in unique workouts that I've never seen or tried before.
I have never been comfortable enough with myself to take a class. I'm extremely self conscious. Walking in my first day I was nervous and full of anxiety. Upon walking in I was welcomed with kind words and a smile. MJ does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable, welcomed and pushes you as far as you can go. Everyone in the class is supportive and encouraging. I look forward to Tuesday and Thursday classes. I know I'll walk in to a smile and a good sweaty workout. I'm excited to finally lose these last 50 lbs with MJ and the class.
I've only been to 1 gym where there's a variety of cardio machines and free weights. At first, since everything was a new experience, I enjoyed trying out all the machines; but, eventually I got bored. Then I saw one of MJ's video on Facebook and it looked really complicated, but I was really interested. I enjoyed both StrikeFit and Boot Camp classes. Not only is MJ motivating and pushing you throughout the class, but the other people you're working out with are also encouraging you and making you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting, and comfortable. His prices are very reasonable. You can pay as you go or pay for a month (prices vary depending on how often you plan to go) for a better discount. Overall, I recommend anyone to try it out. If you've never exercised in your life, MJ will be there to guide you. If you're really active, try something different.
Good place super clean space out and I feel safe when I go there the Zumba class with Bella & patty is the best class in Danbury also the other instructors are very good super professional and recommend MJ Fitness & kickboxing because they helped me get my goals

This is a great fitness center. I would encourage you to join if you want a whole body workout and healing. MJ has great teaching skills. Each class is as if you are receiving personal training and support. Coming here is very welcoming and positive. Each class challenges me and helps me build my endurance of mind and body. It is a great investment of time and money!
Great place. New location and he has all the protocol covered. Coaches and classes are great. I joined last week and have enjoyed the classes. Great workouts. Come try a class you won't regret it!
Just getting back into this kind of workout and it's exactly what I expected the staff there has been more than helpful with everything I like the fact that they correct you when working out if they feel it's not the right way I recommend MJ fitness who wants a great workout. glad to be a member there
